‘Good Side of Bad’: A Family Drama Film Highlighting Mental Illness – Trailer and Release Date

Directed by Alethea Root,Good Side of Bad‘ is a drama film that tells the story of a young photographer who, after suffering a severe mental break, regains her footing after her siblings come together to help her heal. Three adult siblings are brought back together after a shocking diagnosis forces them to confront harsh future realities regarding the mental state of one of their own.

‘Good Side of Bad’ stars Lexi Simonsen (as Florence), Jules Bruff (as Sara), Alex Quijano (as Peter), Myles Grier (as Dennis), Kim Estes (as Dr. Richardson), and Tess Harper (as Mary Ellen).

The screenplay for ‘Good Side of Bad’ was written by Ciera Danielle, Jules Bruff, and Alethea Root. The film’s producers are Jules Bruff, Alethea Root, Mark David, Connie Jo Sechrist, Katie Von Till, and Jenny Napier, with Cameo Wood as executive producer.

Freestyle Digital Media has released ‘Good Side of Bad,’ which is now available to rent or own on all North American digital HD internet, cable, and satellite platforms, as well as on DVD, starting January 7, 2025.
